o I think no, Cisco is not innovating because for me eliminating performance rating the manager cannot able to identify who among his/her employees is in need of employee development and training because they are unproductive, the manager is not able to identify who among his employees is productive and high performing that needs to be promoted and needs to be rewarded. The manager cannot determine the attractive compensation packages for the employees. Packages could include bonuses, higher salary rates, extra benefits and allowances for effective employees.
